The place is nice. But I needed to cancel my membership and its imposible, even when I pay the more expensive one that allows me to cancel anytime. I have done it 3 times now and it doesn’t work. Costumer service its the worst I have ever seen, simply its doesn’t exist.
I wouldn’t recommended this to anyone.
They have recently renewed the design of the workout area and increased the surface of the all gym. It seems now very spacious, with plenty equipment and when not too busy, you can train without any problem.
Good equipments. Could be very crowded during peak hours. Standard packages. Not spacious enough to walk around between sets.
Exercise is fine, but it is impossible to contact customer service. That robot doesn't do anything and there is never anyone available for a live chat. You will also not receive an answer to e-mails. So if you have a difference of opinion about the contribution, you will not be admitted to the club, but you cannot speak to anyone. So you always have to keep paying for not exercising. I now cancel my membership and go to another gym. Very bad business operations that scare customers away.
Affordable gym as all basic fit.
It is often busy with the disadvantage that there is a lot of property, but in these times there is little you can do about it.
Large locker rooms and plenty to do to keep you busy.
