Nice and quite gym with a pleasant audience
Gym itself is ok and usually not too crowded. However, I am disappointed in the club management as they are not very much customer friendly and focus too much on product push and do not act on the best interest of their clients.
Lovely gym, not overly crowded (except on peak hours, but that is normal). Friendly staff and all the equipment you need.
very bad contact, the subscription has been canceled a few times but money is still being taken from the bank account, they don't want to give it back! do not go there
Often very kindly helped, until the end of my subscription came in sight. Asked twice if I had to do anything because my subscription was about to end and both times I was told it was that good.
It now appears that I continued to pay for months, of which I could not refund part of it. Story told at the desk but was told they "can't do anything for me" except let me exercise for free for a few more months (which I don't want at all).
So now I just lost the money for several months. Someone there is making a mistake and I can pay for it. Really really bad !!!
