Reasonable, a lot of change of doctors, and quite the price

We have been customers for years but the last time I was there they were unfriendly and very difficult. New policy and takeover is not always an advantage.

I have been a customer of Glass Veterinary Medicine for at least 8 years or more. It used to be good to bring your dog here. I have always received correct and friendly service here. But recently treated very unfriendly and price agreement is not met. The maximum price that it would cost is simply increased by 150 euros, while there was a clear agreement about this. Always paid my bills on time, was never a problem , but now I had to make a deposit in one go, while I did not say anything about this in advance, and never had to do it in the past. Earning money has become more important here .. And certainly do not come here if you have a purebred dog who all are bred nowadays. No according to them you should take a dog from abroad, from Spain or something. Then you are on the right track, polluting the environment, and you are producing an industry in foreign street dogs.
