All other train stations in netherlands have electric stairs or an escalator, except for Almere station centrum. If you take off the train, the electirc stairs are not working on the way down, they just go up. so I had to carry down my 32 kilo gram suitcase and hurt my shoulders and already messed up neck.

It’s certainly better than the other station in the Almere area. But for some reason it still has a relatively dark feel to it. The low roof may have some part to play in this regards. There is certainly better protection from the elements and there is seating inside a shielded room. Construction still going on. Assuming it’s a work in progress.
