Via Groupon purchased a coupon for a high tea to go. And although the description states that you have to reserve 48 hours in advance, there was no high tea to go available 2 weeks before the date I wanted to make a reservation. The owner pointed out to me that I just had to book on another date (which is unfortunately not an option, since the voucher I had bought especially for my birthday). Little flexibility and service orientation experienced by the owner. this is for me anyway a big no! 👎
