Food was good. Not fabulous but fair. But the service could use some improvement. They looked at us, we waived at them and still were left unattended. And it was not crowded.

Nice food. Slow service. Only take Maestro card... no Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Cash points around have no cash... good luck paying!

My wife and I thought we would eat a pastry at Van Orsouw. We used to live in Zwolle and this was THE place for a pastry. Unfortunately, it turned out that Van Orsouw had been sold and it was now Maxims. Fortunately, they still had the Orselino meringue, said a somewhat chubby lady on too large block heels that she could not walk on. After 20 minutes a young guy came to help us, finally !!! Well do 2 coffees and 2 Orselino please. This also took forever! And the Orselino was far from the quality of how the Orselino used to be. This should no longer have the name Orselino! Besides the fact that we had to wait a long time, and the Orselino is far from tasty anymore, the chubby lady on overly large block heels was very rude towards other guests and her own staff. What a slave girl! She may do a bit more herself. A little exercise would do her good. All in all, this is no longer worthwhile for my wife and me to go to Zwolle for an Orselino. Pity

Our mother from Zwolle turned 70, but because of the Corona we could not celebrate this as a family. So remotely organized a nice day for her with lots of goodies that would be delivered that day. The Orsolino should therefore not be missing. What a nice response and benevolence from the Maxims team when we asked for delivery. Super thoughtful and also sent a picture of the cake on the day itself. This kind of service makes me really happy and you deserve all the stars.
