Pick up system extremely cumbersome. Calling via the general line for ordering has an extreme waiting time. If prenental wants to sell something in the near future, I would quickly do something about the service.
A top store where you will always receive friendly help! Staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to help you properly. Now using prenatal direct for the first time. What a top service! Ordered by phone this morning. Here you will be very pleasantly spoken to. It was delivered this afternoon. Again a very friendly employee. Payment is easy and fast. Sunday October 25 I waited half an hour from 12 o'clock (yes my watch was on winter time). You would be open from 12 noon. But both doors were closed. We live nearby, so tried again at 2 pm: you were open then. In the store a senior employee (branch manager?) Kindly pointed this out, but claimed that the right door was broken and the left was just open. Well ma'am, with me there were ten more people waiting outside after which we all slipped off. It would have been enough to apologize for the inconvenience, but that was too much trouble for her. A compliment to the other younger employee who helped us a lot.
Super convenient shopping with Prenatal direct! Spoke to an employee this morning at 11 am and at half past three someone was already at the door.
