Terrible experience with this government office. I just cannot understand the way they work. They always send you unexpected mails via post and asked you to pay within 1-2 days. That's ridiculous!!! If you cannot complete the payment, they'll give you an extra fine (don't even understand how they calculate this) and warn to seize your property.

I never recibe nothing, even One letter and Now i have one Bill to pay in 1 day , around 300 euros , i call and the call centre dont resolve nothing ! Somebody can Help me ?!

They send bills only once and no reminders, the second letter you get is already 3 times more expensive. They do not offer english translations therefore I always need to call (and wait for 10 minutes) and ladies in the call center are not always the nicest (or speak english). Very bad experiences overall. They would literally find any tiny thing to bill you ridiculous amounts for. WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE AN ENGLISH LETTER SO I CAN AVOID CONSTANTLY PAYING FINES :)

Objection rejected. While they were late with a decision. Complaints are not taken seriously. Turned down. If you ask for information and where you could find it on the site, the kcc employee says yes, look it up yourself. I couldn't find what the minimum income should be for remission. There was a schedule on the site at the time ... Very clearly NOT. Now a minimum amount of income is appointed ... But they don't have real communication skills there
