A pleasure every time. Really I would say that again about a dentist. LOL. Dentist Marco is great and hope he will stay for a long time. After 3 dentists who all tried to apply expensive implants, he came up with an affordable solution for me. 10% of what an implant would have cost. The assistant of today - unfortunately doesn't have a name - was just a nice person.

Little customer focus, no friendliness of the assistant at the appointment after 6 weeks of moving further because they had not planned it properly. Not a word of excuse for the inconvenience and lack of my planning. So number action. Unfortunately. Didn't hear that I will be helped by the other dentist. That will not be a pleasant surprise. I was satisfied with the previous dentist. There has been request from almost a year ago about the implantation, the referral for it has still not been passed. Satisfied with oral hygiene, but pay attention to the time when invoicing. As below, some kind of response has been demonstrated, no contact has been made with me and no investigation has been carried out. Just an email after my unsubscribe with success wishes at the other practice.
