Every orthodontist in Zwolle has quite a queue. They don't have that at Orthocenter.
And there must be a reason for that. You are treated very badly as a patient, service and interest it is not present.
They have strange opening hours, if you have an emergency situation you can often not go quickly. The doctor is of Spanish descent and her Dutch is often difficult to understand. There is also no interest in what you want to tell, she does not bother to read through files and her behavior is downright uninterested and arrogant. In addition, she compares how things are in Spain when it comes to costs. After all, her time is money.
In addition, they charge un-agreed costs and make previous quotations 3 times more expensive.
When you eat out, you sit by the terrace, which is full. That empty terrace where no one is sitting is probably not doing something right.
My tip is therefore: go elsewhere for an orthodontist, those queues at other orthodontists are there for a reason.
Bad ortho my teeth are not even good and I am really not satisfied with how the contact went.
I was sitting on the terrace, but nobody came to take my order :(
Very long waiting times (30 - 45 minutes), Dutch is not the mother tongue of some doctors and therefore my daughter could not understand everything. Furthermore, friendly people.
