Unprofessional and arrogant broker. My partner and I initially requested a viewing at a property on offer. Received an email back with the following reaction: "For the sake of completeness, we can inform you that there is little room for negotiation compared to the asking price of € XXX.XXX k.k." (Okay, we can still understand that) Only if you are seriously interested in this price category, it makes sense to come and view the house on the inside. (??) We would like to hear immediately whether or not you can attend this viewing moment !! "(Here we dropped out as potential buyers) This reaction coupled with the incomplete architectural report (0 euro costs for matters such as moisture damage, foundation problems and insect damage) did not give us confidence in the reliability and professionalism of this broker.

Oral appointment to rent the apartment at Ministerlaan 210 in Zwolle. Called to make it official because I still had to sell my own house. No, that wasn't necessary. What do you think, the rent is canceled because a friend of the owner is going to rent the apartment. A deal is a deal. I was confident. You don't treat people that way. Not as a broker and also not as an owner.

The office was very easy to reach, the communication was very clear and the planning of viewings was always in good consultation with which they actively contributed ideas. Mar-Cella was our purchasing broker, but the entire team worked during our search. Overall a very positive experience!
