Not a professional company, very dissatisfied. Unreliable
This broker may experience twice.
Either arrogant and unprofessional.
When viewing with the structural engineer, the broker did not even know where the crawler hatch was to take a look under the floor (he had to call the seller first).
At the fireplace, the broker tried to dismiss all defects that we found on the spot with weak substantiation and excuses.
As icing on the cake, the broker also lost his composure and started a very unprofessional discussion.
Our experience with this company:
- quick (easy to understand) talks
- only friendly until the sale is completed
- ignorant and easy going
- arrogant
We also noticed that this broker sold a house for a customer to a friend and there was every sense of insider trading for this friend.
Very good real estate agency. Professional and helpful brokers who have good market knowledge.
