I pay for registration to confrim viewing apartment. Instead of response I get... another invitation (agian with date and time). And they want me again to pay for it 35 euro.

If you pay a registration fee with a broker, you should still be able to rely on the fact that they are professional, customer-friendly and that the information communicated is correct. Unfortunately, that is by no means the case here. According to the website, a house that I visited in the center of Zwolle would be rented out including parking space on the property. On arrival this turned out not to be the case. The photos were also taken in such a way that the house seemed much more spacious than it actually was. You have then driven 180 kilometers for a house that is not as advertised. At another house in Zwolle I asked if it was possible to schedule a viewing at the beginning / end of the day due to the distance and work obligations. The house was just on the site, so that was certainly possible. Then, however, I was casually assigned at half past two in the afternoon. Later, when the viewing was taken over by a colleague, it turned out that there were still time slots available at the end of the afternoon. All in all, I will think twice before renting something from the Woningwinkel. The communication is unprofessional and not customer-friendly, the information provided is often incorrect, the selection procedure is a glorified hospital and for all of that you also pay a substantial registration fee. Avoid if you have the opportunity.

Guys, please read the terms and conditions carefully! If they find a home for you, you pay 1 month's rent for this. Ridiculous !!

Definitely one of the worst real estate agents in the Netherlands. Unprofessional contact, if they respond at all. Ask unjustified costs and after multiple contact they threaten to throw you out of the house. Do not work with this broker, everything better than this!
