Mr. arrives on agreed date and time, but does not ring and starts immediately without consultation. It would have been better if he first rang the doorbell and spoke to us before he started. After the work is done, Mr. gives a handwritten 10-year guarantee certificate on a torn sheet from a school notebook. So very unprofessional. There appeared to be a defect in the roof leather that he had applied. Neatly indicated that there is a small defect and that it falls under the agreed warranty. However, the gentleman gets angry and asks "Why is it good for others and not for you?" He starts to swear and says "Never call me again." So there went the agreed 10-year guarantee. Very bad service! Very rude and unprofessional man and not recommended to others.
