Yesterday morning in front of a closed door! Only hangs a note with on Thursday morning we are closed in July and August, moderate and very customer unfriendly!
We have been coming Plaggenmarsch for years because of the enormous range. But also the nice service that they provide is the beauty of "Just a little bit more" that they give ☝️👍
Beautiful shop and already preparing for the new season.
The price of the garden cushion storage box was fine. Ordered online and you will notice that this company has not (yet) mastered running a webshop. Understand that the Corona crowds didn't help, but put that aside.
First things went wrong with the payment, they had not noticed and the product just was not delivered. Called after a week and within 2 days at home.
Then it turned out that 2 parts were missing, fortunately the storage box could be put together. Emailed immediately, no response after a few weeks. When I called I was advised to email to another address. A month later I am still waiting for an answer. Service for online orders therefore very poor.
