Normal Gamma with friendly people. Enough parking place. Next to Praxis, Welkoop and some more shops.

I bought grohe thermostaatkraan in February for about 160 euro. I was told that "This is a great vendor and if something happens with it - they will send me just a new one". Ok, I thought, sounds good. After installation of the kraan it works fine but after two months I got only a bit worm water from the kraan (so no hot water). I visited Gamma, I was told how to try to fix the kraan by my self - like disassemble it and try to clean the thermostaat. They tried to show me how on some used kraan but they could not do this by themselves so we agreed that I brought back my kraan and exchange it. At the same day I visited Gamma with the kraan. After waiting for 30 minutes (everyone was busy) the girls at the return point started searching at the box with used kraans. I did not believe that that was for me! But it was.. They could not find any similar kraan among these used trash so they brought me some kraan from "Ok" series (the cheap one) and announced: "we will give you this kraan!" I could not believe that that was in reality! What about 'great vendor and we just exchange to the new'. Fortunately there was some levelheaded man from Gamma how heard my speech and agreed to exchange to the new one. But what were thinking about thees girls offering me used garbage or some very cheap Ok kraan!!! Terrible!
