1 star is too much unfortunately. Never experienced such a bad and unprofessional shop. Until the fireworks ban, communication went reasonably well. Only when the ban was in place did it break down. Rude on the phone and great uncertainty as to whether the money was returned. Then after many weeks an email full of 100 spelling errors came in as if a toddler had written it or so it seemed. After several emails from my side, those weeks after, they always promised to refund money. This process took more than 6 weeks. My advice do not order anything here !!

Get fireworks here for several years. Good offers, perhaps even cheaper at the bottom of the line than, for example, fireworks in Germany.
