Although not used ourselves we appreciated the 22:00 to 24:00 roomservice (free) as bars needed to close at 22:00 due to corona. Shows that management is willing to facilitate the guests as much as possible in these times.

I loved the fact that I could enjoy most of the attractions, I only couldn't enjoy it to the full potential because I checked in at 3pm. Great experience though...

I was at Preston Palace with my boyfriend for 4 days. Our first experience was terrible. We ate dinner at Peppermill and we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. People that came in after us got food earlier than us and it was very frustrating and we felt forgotten almost. The food wasn't really bad but not great. It's also hard to tell what you can eat at what restaurant. There is no way to find any menus on the app or somewhere else. Also be warned if you expect an all you can eat kind of restaurant, because you can hardly get anything to eat all day long. Only after 8 PM you can get a bit more but before that there isn't much choice in the food you can get. I guess the activities were fine and not very different. The only issue we had is that the app on my boyfriend's phone acted differently than mine. For example; his app said there wasn't any timeslots left to go bowling, but my app said it was still available?? To summarize; I didn't feel like we paid a fair price for our visit because of the lack of food and service. We paid over 600 euros for 3 nights (4 days) and didn't even come close to what would've been worth that crazy amount.

Nice all-in hotel. Food and drinks - good quality. Staff is friendly. Pool is marvelous! We've had fun during our stay.
