The people at this car rental office never heard of customer service, overall a poor experience !
Excellent service, good service
Poor customer service quality. As a customer you clearly spot that is too profit oriented. Another example on how you should avoid saving money on customer service.
Very pretty car rental. Stuff is friendly. I’ve got a car in a very good condition and even higher class than booked.
Terrible customer service. They tried to convince me that i booked a lower class, eventhough my reservation stated exactly the same brand and make of the example class. I was speaking english to make things fast but speak Dutch as well, they were talking trash in front of me. In the end i had to take the car they offered as i was in a hurry. I would have taken it but they were trying to convince me i had made a wrong booking and were extremely rude.
