A very poor experience owner never there when I dropped off car they 'claimed damages' when there were none, and they kept security desposit of 300 euros. NOT HONEST avoid!!!
Rented a middle size car. They didn't have it and offered a bigger Audi A6 for the same price (as they legally should). They made sure with me that there were no scratches, the kilometer teller was checked and the tank was full before delivery - perhaps to avoid some of the issues pointed out in other reviews here. Will go back when needed!

VERY bad experience. I rented a car for a day and the tank was not full. I brought it back full but was charged 30 euros out of my deposit ( including 15 euros admin fees ) for missing gas in the car ( he contacted me 1 week later to tell me gas was missing.. ) and told me there was some scratches that I never did. I emailed him some proof that i brought the car full and he never answered my email and shouted at me when I came to the store. I recommend not going to independant business like this because customer are not protected enough. No wonder why he locks himself in the office. BAD EXPERIENCE
