I still do not get my deposite money after 7 months.
Don't rent a car here, they haven't paid me back after 3 months now and also don't respond to email and their phone number is out of service.
My review has changed seeing as I haven’t gotten my €450 deposit back for 3 months now! Even though they stated it would be back with me within 2-3 weeks after my rental. They continued to push back the date of me getting my deposit. Still have not received it!
WARNING: Do not rent a car at this place. They are not paying back the deposit.
Five weeks ago I rented a car and brought it back in the same condition on time. They now refuse to pay back the deposit due to their financial situation. They refuse to let me speak with somebody who has responsibility within this company.
Unfortunately they decided to solve their problems with my money instead of their own. I have a lawyer on it now.
SCAM!!!!
Do not rent from this company. they use your deposit to pay the bills.
rented a van end April and still didn't get back the deposit (450 euros)
they always reply that they need more time to fix the situation, blame it on Corona but I can see they have been doing that for months.
