Seven years ago I had a splint bracket placed in Amsterdam. After some years it was time to replace the old splint bracket, I contacted Tandheelkund Centrum Weesp. After some delays and errors my new splint bracket was finally placed, but this did not go without a struggle. After a few hours my new splint brace felt like a tree in my mouth. Very uncomfortable! N.a.v. discomforts I went back for checking. Concerning employee of T.C.W. has tinkered here and there and it was done. The quality of the work delivered was / is absolutely unbeatable! Ten months later the new splint brace began to release. The material with which T.C.W. has been of poor quality. At the end of December 2018 I made an appointment for the release of the ten-month new splint bracket. Again, my first splint bracket was stuck for 7 years without any problems! For the corrective work by T.C.W. I also had to pay costs, they did not even recognize the bad work and improved free of charge. The purpose of my review is to warn (potential) customers of Tandheelkund Centrum Weesp for the less good work that can be delivered by them. For me, Tandheelkund Centrum Weesp is passé.

Last Friday 15 minutes late for the first check with my son at the dentist. At the desk it is indicated that he does not have to register, afterwards it appears to have to be done, which I get to hear in a very blunt way by telephone. For myself it was indicated that I first had to go to the dental hygienist for my next appointment, due to pressure at their dental hygienist I decide to make another appointment somewhere else, after which I get an angry voicemail that I have to make an appointment with the dental hygienist while I do this at the desk had already told. My friend was told that photos had to be made while this was not done so long ago, after she said very instructing that this was really necessary she went to the system and came to see that these photos indeed already made and were paid! We are going to cancel our Monday immediately!
