I find it very annoying that I always receive an invoice at home after a number of weeks / months that I still have to pay, while I always pay immediately after my treatment at the clinic! It is already the 3rd time that this has happened?!. Monday I will again have to make an effort on the phone to get this straightened out, bit unprofessional that they don't keep their administration properly. After this, I will not be visiting dental health care to take care of my teeth, done.

Very poorly unprofessional do not keep to fine agreements with C90s despite your neatly unsubscribed on time. Very bad practice for various reasons.

Bad practice, chaotic, unsanitary and unprofessional. Making appointments goes wrong 100 times. You will notice this immediately when you first call for an appointment. My treatment plan has been implemented correctly. Only the harshness with which it all went in, I still wonder if this was really necessary. The dentist proceeded as a butcher, who quickly had to bone another piece of meat or bone. The dental assistant was very arrogant, she did not even greet me properly or exchanged just one word with me. The least she could say was good afternoon before she constantly forcefully pushed the flush tube into my mouth during treatment. I just didn't get choked. After my treatment I asked if I could rinse my mouth, I was referred by the dentist to the disabled TOILET in the public corridor. This toilet was very dirty. I have never experienced anything unheard of at any dentist. Moreover, the dentist was also mega-grumpy, apparently this is the last month that he works there and maybe that is a good thing. Customer friendliness is far away from him. I did not receive any aftercare, even though I had undergone quite intensive treatment. Also no exact clear explanation before, during or after the treatment about what he had done. In short, if you are looking for a nice, sweet, kind, professional dentist you shouldn't be here.
