Maritza is good for my body. Every Monday morning I work hard with her to keep my body healthy and supple. Well-built lessons with a lot of variation and using various attributes. Despite the large group, there is more than enough attention for you as an individual. She keeps a close eye on everyone and corrects directly during the execution of the exercise. Location Hogeweyselaan is beautiful and provides everything you need as an athlete. In short, Pilatus in Movement led by Maritza is fantastic for your body. I can not live without!

Maritza is a great Pilates teacher. She is knowledgeable, has personal attention for each participant (everyone is different) gives good instructions. Through her active, varied lessons I have built a powerful muscle corset.

For almost nine years weekly pilates at Maritza, in recent years even twice a week. That says enough I think? Very nice lessons!
