If you value your time and money don't use their services. Always extremely late, poor communication between their office and the technician leading to multiple appointments(and multiple charges). Thanks to incompetent reassembling of the water heater we were left without hot water for days. On top of this poor service the invoice included a "leak fix" when the actual services provided had nothing to do with a leak. At the end they did not charge me for the "leak" but only because I called multiple times.

My cv stopped working and i called them to come and repair, their answer was i just had to refill my cv with water which was not true for the error code i got... finally when i asked them multiple time's for repair they could come in 2 days. so i had to call another company to sort it out. At the end the person on the phone was really not professional and didn't even know what i was talking about. unlucky :) Also when i actually wanted them to come, i couldnt make an apointment on the phone.. but i actually had to fill in a form online and "wait" for them to email me back... really bad method.

Today neatly called following a previous negative review. It is now nicely solved with the promise of the owner to get a sharp offer in the future and a sincere apology. Fair is fair, that's how you solve matters.
