After the refurb , the place looks great! Doesn’t feel like a bank and feels more like your living room. I’ve had to open an account and the staff were very friendly!

You think you step into a far cry from Starbucks and you are still kindly spoken to at the entrance, but waiting 20 minutes to only change a phone number is really out of date. In fact, it's appallingly bad service. #againstartless #switching. Supplement: if you do everything online, never use your PIN and therefore don't know your PIN, you can't do anything with them. "without a pin code we are not sure who you are, you may have found the pass" .... Serious? So being able to log in online, my passport, signature verification means nothing, the code, which is sacred ..... So that is requesting a new pin code and then back to the bank. Which, by the way, is in a super awkward place if you want to arrange something quickly .... Oh wait a minute .... That is not possible either. #fail

I really don't understand that all ING ATMs are being removed. And that you no longer make it possible to withdraw or disturb money in the office ...

Completely worthless office. Bizarre that I have to go to Schalkwijk or Heemstede to deposit or withdraw money.
