To my regret, I was immediately refused by phone as a new client after I - on the advice of my previous dentist - asked questions about the secure receipt of my medical file and associated personal data. After some question about this, immediately labeled as someone who is "difficult". It was indicated that she is unfamiliar with this, patients are normally not difficult about this, and that secure shipping only applied to hospitals. I would have liked to talk to someone in the practice who could tell more about this than to be immediately refused (even before I even entered the practice). Because I really assume that this will happen safely in 2021, but it would be nice if a representative of a practice would respond respectfully and give an explanation. I would have liked to think about it quietly, but unfortunately there was no room for that; after all, I am no longer welcome, says the receptionist.
