HealthclubNU; a pleasant environment to work on your physically, this applies to both the facilities and the service provided. After a year or two of finding my own way within the gym, I decided to take it more seriously. With the help of a personal trainer (Jeroen Moesbergen) set two goals. Goal 1: 15 kg weight loss Followed by Goal 2: Increase overall fitness for team sports Thanks to a personal approach and from Jeroen the extra push in the back, lost 20 kg in 9 months. After reaching a great milestone, we started a program that has as its starting point increasing fitness for a specific team sport on the field (hockey). Thanks to specific training elements, it has been possible to participate at a higher level than ever before, injury-free. Not only guidance towards achieving personal goals, but also initiating sustainable change are qualities of Jeroen. All in all, very successful and I can highly recommend the approach!

I was a loyal customer for 7 years. Bad communication during the Corona time. The live lessons were also very bad, for which customers also had to pay money. They are money grubbers, say they think about customers: nothing has been noticed. Suggestion box? Was it even looked at at all? Furthermore, all credit to some instructors! Super sweet ! Only the management there may take a lesson in professionalism. I was called by a manager there and treated very unsympathetic! As a loyal customer I just couldn't understand that. I hope they learn from this feedback, but never go to sports;) greetings Maaike

I once started at HCNU with significantly overweight / lack of fitness. I started Personal Training at Jeroen Moesbergen to be able to achieve the goals I had set faster. I have achieved all my goals: - 20kg (net) weight loss - Fat percentage from 38% to 10% - Belly circumference reduced from 130 cm to 80 cm I have combined the PT with PHP on the advice of Jeroen. Due to the combination of training and eating differently, I have also gotten the various diseases under control. Because of this I have been free of medicines for about a year and therefore even fitter than before. The PHP method is fully integrated into my lifestyle and therefore no diet. This is very easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend PT. The moment you start taking PT, you only realize how far away your limits are compared to training yourself. As an example, I put a weight of about 120 kg on the leg press. Jeroen started my first PT with a warm-up weight of 160kg and eventually we trained up to 300kg. That's something I would never have done myself. In addition, PT is a very good incentive to keep exercising. The P really stands for personal at Jeroen. All exercises and challenges tailored specifically to my body and needs with the added advantage that I could exercise injury-free while remaining fully challenged.
