I was suddenly without hot water, replacing the display did not help. Not everyone is useful in an electric water heater. So I started looking for a mechanic / repairer who could hopefully help me solve this problem in the short term. Because I don't want anyone to have hot water. Desperate I kept looking and came across Brian's website. He was very helpful and patient. The day after he did everything he could to fix my boiler. A true craftsman. His colleague who was with us too. Very professional, patient, understanding and helpful. No question was too much for him to answer. I was curious what was wrong with the boiler. Heat element has been replaced and my boiler is working again. These craftsmen are highly recommended. My thanks are great!

Have been waiting for a quote for a month. No response or call. Nothing at all. I think that is very bad and it is a shame that I cannot give this party zero stars. No if the answer would have been fine, but then you know where you stand. Understand that it is not the biggest project, but when you consider that this could have been the start of a lot of work, then it is quite a shame for them.

Due to a faulty boiler, I got in touch with Brian by phone in the evening (21:00). Communication then went smoothly via the app. Immediately made an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately the boiler had to be replaced, Brian did his utmost to get a new boiler quickly and replace it. All this so that our 1 year old son could get his daily (warm) bath. I am very satisfied with the way I have been helped.
