From the very first contact with this company, we act and communicate professionally. Fast and expert advice. Vigorous and comply with agreements regarding date and time of delivery. A slightly larger hole had to be drilled in natural stone. The installer was very experienced in this and the taps neatly placed. Drain placed in such a way that more space is created in the base cabinet. When quooker has to be replaced in about 15 years, we will call them again (;-).

After some orientation, bought the Quooker and had it installed by JouwKraan from Zwaanshoek because: A. The information is worded very clearly on the website B. Because it is clearly indicated that JouwKraan will remove your concerns and wants to do everything it can to deliver and install a good product at a reasonable price, without reservation of unforeseen additional costs. C. Clear arrangements regarding planning and payment after purchase. D. Keeping agreements. E. It is a small company with direct lines that has a long-term vision for their business. F. Completely lived up to expectations. G. Both the office and the field staff people who have the right mentality. H. In fact, everything is right from A to Z. It remains for me to wish JouwKraan a good future. Wim Goes

Excellent company that quickly and neatly installed a quooker. On site we could choose which finish we wanted (chrome, stainless steel or even other colors) for the tap and for the hand soap pump. Good website where all necessary information is clearly and clearly stated. The quooker is excellently and beautifully assembled. Eventually it turned out on the spot that a suspension bracket and a "quooker energy distributor" were not necessary, so they were not invoiced either. No problem at all. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service of this company! Highly recommended!

Eerste kennismaking aan de telefoon gaf al direct vertrouwen dat het wel goed zou komen! Erg fijn en sympathieke & uiteraard prima advies, er werd goed meegedacht. Superblij met mijn quooker!!
