After having sent several e-mails and having called several times, the agreement to issue a quotation in connection with the installation of a hot water pipe has not been fulfilled. After having promised twice to make contact, they never heard anything. Since I trusted that someone would come along I have taken it into account in the planning, it has not caused major problems but very annoying. For reliability and compliance with agreements, this company is certainly not the best choice. For the sake of clarity, I have my telephone switched on day and night in connection with my work and there is no call diversion, I also do not have a spam filter and I check the e-mail several times a day plus the unwanted mail folder.

Super happy with the fast service! Mr G. de Graaf indicated nicely in advance that the emergency service is more expensive. The leakage has now been closed for emergency and has been resolved! G. de Graaf himself nicely suggested replacing the entire part to be replaced during regular working hours. We have made an appointment for this and we are happy that G. de Graaf thinks along to keep the costs as low as possible.

Positive: responded on Boxing Day and came by the next day Negative: charged € 300 for an hour of work. Materials were ~ € 65. So I would only call them again if there is no alternative.
