There are some nightclub bouncers in front of the door which aren't capable speaking more then 2 words. They only know how to say "reservation required". Can I ask a question? reservation required Are you handling returns here? reservation required. How can I make a reservation? reservation required. I know there are corona measures in place, but I seriously think we should be able to ask a simple question to the people representing the company, since they're standing in the open air. I think as apple customers we deserve more than these nightclub bouncers.

Impossible to get in touch by phone. Once you finally have contact (they call you back) a quotation for a new Imac is made quickly (estimated total amount 2213,09 it says. WHY estimated??). Delivery can take ""a small couple of weeks"...First I have to do my payment. The good news is that delivery is going to be in a couple of days. Only... after the payment the message is: we can't deliver, we have to make a new configuration that can be delivered. I just spent 2 k in the middle of a lock down, I don't want to change the set up I don't want that mac anymore: cancel the order! They'll send you a refund form for which you'll have to download a program in order to fill it out a form to get your money back. Payment was done in a flash, now starts the struggle for the refund. Don't you dare to cry about your Covid-19 trouble, you are doing great business. My warning to potential clients: if you don't need a simple Iphone, go somewhere else: they can't handle it properly.

after months of trying, made an appointment for macbook screen replacement (since Apple in Amsterdam is not available for bookings for couple months now). Traveled one hour and faced empty shop with nobody inside. After 30 min on the phone with customer service- they offered me to pick up my product for 140 euros more of original price of repair.. Nice making money from people in trouble, Apple.

By far the most disappointing Apple experience in The Netherlands. If you can then I would highly recommend visiting either the store in Amsterdam or The Hague. Saddening because I’ve never received anything less than excellent customer service from other Apple stores
