The location in Amsterm Zuid near the train station, has a terrible service, rude people serving, we feel really not welcome as a client.

Cake is nice, but service is terrible! After I paid, the woman throw the cake on the table in front of me without saying anything. I said Thank You, and she went away without any respond! Even without a smile! Felt I owe this person Horrible a million

Great products but the rude lady kills the sweet vibe of the place. When she asked us something we replied incorrectly in Dutch cos we did not fully understand her heavy accent, so she barked at us with “that’s NOT what I asked!” (dat was NIET wat ik vroeg!). Oh my god, lol. On hindsight we could’ve just left. You cannot be like this especially in this difficult covid period for horeca. The Museumplein branch is much more pleasant.

Bread is alright although bit pricey, but the service is terrible... been few times because is convenient coming to work, but I’ve promised myself not to comeback. The old lady that attended me, was coughing over the bread exaggerating with a really bad crest cough. Almost through the bread over the counter....I said “thanks and good morning” and she looked the other way and walked away... Lovely way to start the day Miss!

Cakes and everything is very taste but service is terrible! There are 2 ladies. One blond short hairs is rude, especially for no Dutch speakers.
