I bought a “Tiramisu” cake for my wife birthday since it is her favorite desert... Now, Tiramisu is ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with whipped mixture of eggs sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa. I was shocked when I saw what I’ve got: 90% normal whipped cream (no mascarpone) on a ginger honey biscuit with cocoa powder on the top You can call it whipped cream cake, this will better suit it....I am 100% disappointed. You cannot call this cake Tiramisu just because you spread cocoa powder on whipped cream. My wife birthday was ruined...

Not very friendly in the shop. For the cherry vlaai they didn't tell me it was with a cream and both the cherry vlaai and the cheese cake piece where ridiculously small!!!! Very expensive and unfriendly is my conclusion

Terrible service. The website is down, so I called to order the cakes. The man who picked up the phone refused to speak English, yet he can understand. I asked if he can ask his colleague to help me, but he also refuse! Really bad service.
