They asked me to go to another branch to open a new account because they were too busy. This was after 20 mins of waiting in queue. Would not recommend this branch or bank

So much better than other Amsterdam branches. Polite and accommodating. Long waiting times though.

Classic dutch banking, but owned by CITI now. This branch is located in a more local area (outside of the touristy downtown). ATM was broken outside but the inside ones were working fine. Very friendly staff who all spoke perfect English.
