Customer support on the phone referred me to this bank department saying that the issue would be solved after I provide the proof of identity. After a lengthy discussion I didn't get any resolution. When I asked for any other number or department that I could escalate this to, Sebastian van Dalen said "We are done here. You should leave the building right now". Highly unprofessional and very poor service altogether, wouldn't recommend.
