Despite all the negative reviews, I had a very pleasant experience. I just moved to the Netherlands and had some things to sort out regarding my bank account. Everyone was friendly and the guy at the service point helped me resolve my problem with my account within like 10 minutes. Everyone spoke English and was helpful and I would definetly go here again!

I went today to open an account and I was served immediately. The woman was very nice and the man I opened the account with was clear, patient and helpful - both employees speak perfect English, which made my experience much easier. It was quite a hot morning and I before starting was given a bottle of water, which I appreciated. I wish all the banks had such efficient and kind staff!
