1/ Horrible communication system. Important information like Deposit policy and Payment method are not highlighted and informed properly to customers before the booking is made.
2/ They show Audi cars on their website but they actually don't have these cars.
3/ Most of the time you will get a different car than the one you book for.
4/ Awful staff, they don't give proper guidance about the car.
Personal assistance is great however Service Costs are extremely high. Especially if you have a fine, they are sending a huge service cost bill on top of ticket....
Great service! Everything went very fast and smooth. I even got a free upgrade to a car double the price, because it was not rented out yet.

Great location and service.
After returning a van rental in perfect condition and receiving the deposit back in full, Sixt then claim 1 month after return that there is 450 EUR of damage that will be charged to the credit card on file. Crooks.
