Don' rent here. Rented a van and left security deposit. Returned car on same day. Unlike any other service, they didn't give the deposit money back immediately. One week and many calls and emails later I'm still waiting for that money to be given back.

Rented a van for one day so we could move house. Was absolutely perfect, great condition and really nice service.

Helpful, flexible and friendly service. In recent years I often rented a few vans from them, usually best at the last minute. As long as I am a customer, I am always helped very quickly. The vans in particular are consumer goods, so you see damage here and there, but that makes sense. They never tried to trick me afterwards, so don't acknowledge me in the unfair practices from other reviews. They have been regular customers for years now, so they are now even more relaxed than in the beginning. However, I always return their car neatly, without damage caused by me, at the agreed times. So that they can rent the car out again to others. Possibly that will help both of us .. Have been very satisfied for years. I would recommend them to everyone, especially for vans.
