Very bad service. Extremely disappointed on the results of the invisalign treatment and the service and attention I got from the employees here.
I moved to NL from the US and needed a place to get facings. It was my first time with cosmetic dentistry so I was quite nervous. Dr. Jessica and her team were extremely helpful and professional. The receptionist is always so quick to get me in for an appointment and the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is very nice and I am happy with the results! I would definitely recommend them.
Dentistry must be great, but customer service is bad. While the whole world is making it easier for customers to handle bills by electronic submission, this dentist asks their clients to their administration by taking pictures of the bills and submitting it themselves.
The argument they made is that is is cheaper for them, because it costs one Euro per submission. In the process, they problem is now on my plate and my time is more valuable than ONE Euro. The customer now has to do all the work to submit and track the submission, if they can even remember what was what, because... the customer happens not to be a bookkeeper.
Amazing how shortsighted and un-customer friendly this is. For a Euro !!!
At least show me that Euro discount on my bill.
