We are visiting from the US, and my daughter’s bracket needed adjustment. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful when we called, and we were able to drop in without an appointment. We didn’t wait at all when we arrived. She got the bracket adjusted, and we were done in less than ten minutes, with no charge. Thank you!
Ernst Muller started as my orthodontist, but became a true friend. I was always afraid of dentists and everything like that. He made me feel very comfortable and nowadays I enjoy going to the orthodontist. Ernst Muller is a very friendly and funny guy! Always witty and in for a good discussion. Laughs guaranteed!
Staff/Assistants/Secretaries were incompetent and unfriendly. Not a good way to run a successful business if you ask me. Would not recommend. Lassus Tandarts in comparison was a lot more helpful.
Extraction for uncomplicated case, too much gap after treatment.
My tooth e falls out after !! 1 !! pain in my jaws and bones in the shedel. I am on the old side so I do not need this in my old age !! 11 When I asked Mr Muller why my tan was so hurting he said: "Please go away madam it is 3 o'clock at night and you have barely put my clothes on "and I said" no, sir, but I don't want artificial teeth !!! 11 "and then he closed the door and then I went home and then I sat down and cried out !! 11!
Am angry and not happy with this experience.
