Receptionists / desk employees are always more involved with each other than the practice. I also seriously wonder whether they do not use private telephones more than business? The dental hygienist and the dentists receive a 5+ reception one - 1.
Our son was treated well and very kindly here for a number of years and went there with pleasure. He especially liked the appointments with the dental hygienist (wearing sunglasses on the chair, being allowed to press buttons, choosing a present ...).
Had a very good experience with our son who had not been treated before. Had a hole. Let him get used to in 3 appointments, took pictures and filled the gap. The fact that they take him seriously and not let the parents be there worked very well.
Long waiting times before you are helped by a dentist. Wait at least 30 minutes before you are helped, then another conversation and / or treatment. All takes too long.
Very annoying also that you have to pay to park,
Costs for parking in the area: € 4.50 per hour.
It is a pity that parents are not allowed to be treated. Incomprehensible since the reason to go to the pediatric dentist is that your child is scared. Moreover, scientific studies show that a child can not be treated better without parents. For us reason not to go here.
