The staff was super helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and also showed a lot of patience with their unprejudiced listening to our wishes and coming with great suggestions. We were welcome to listen to music for a long time and even went over sketches of the house together to get a feel of the best fit for our situation. Highly recommend visiting the store!

The products do sell all the beautiful brown goods by themselves. Beautiful sound and installation. The customer service is bar and bar poor, no confirmation of deposit, no notification that the order has been ordered, no update of delay of order. Then it is added that they do not refer to the conditions if they apply. You can only return something with an exchange. That's too bad. They also don't make serious contact other than hide behind an email to investigate anything of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Very sad. My order is currently being fully legally examined for the possibilities of returning the goods. Too bad it should be like this

Today I planned to buy a speaker set here, just wanted to listen for a test. Asked if that was possible, I will be bonjoured from space after 1 minute because someone else had to listen to something that was apparently for me (why do you let me in at all). After that I thought okay fine, I'll have a beer somewhere if that listening room is now occupied, agreed that the seller would call me when the room was free and I could come back. Hours later, still no call. 2 hours later .. still not. So I think; well call me before I have too much beer to estimate the quality of the speakers. Unreachable, hold on for 10 minutes and just gave up and moved on with my life. Eventually I am called 2.5 hours (!) After my visit to the store; yes sorry but probably won't be able to listen tonight (late night shopping). You may be able to drop by half an hour before closing time, but I'm not sure if I would like to make an appointment for another day. Yes, if I really had zero self-esteem, I would do that. To make a customer wait that long, and then come up with such a story. What a lousy service. I go to another tent to get my installation, later.
