PC Refresh

So I want to start the review by saying they are very kind and professional. After taking my computer to the shop I accepted the repair on November 23rd ... the service was supposed to be completed in 4/7 working days but my three stars are definitely not the mirror of the first described service. after waiting for the days notified by them, I have not received any email or call regarding any delay; after 3 weeks of calling the shop every week I finally got a call saying they had a complication during the repair, screen damage ... which wasn't a problem as they offered me a discount or the replacement of the screen if the damage was too evident; finally after a month and a half since I accepted the repair in which I had to call the store every week I was able to receive the photo of the damage and a day in which to be able to go and get the computer or in case evaluate the replacement of the screen ... needless to say that the damage is not evident I decided to take the computer back ... but here the how I received it back ... then new keyboard but with the "space" key with a piece of plastic sticking out from the right side and that compromised its use, the led behind the keyboard no longer worked ... then if it were not for the two-year guarantee that I have with the price (obviously discounted) that I received I would have put a star, but all in all we are managed to fix the problem and also fix the two I had upon completing the repair with the warranty

Quickly solved my technical issue and gave me support even after they had finished and I had follow up questions. Quick turn around time.
