I bought the dashcam Adzome M 10 Pro 4k Touch WiFi GPS for 2 weeks ago.
Super satisfied and beautiful images!
Unfortunately the on and off switch broke.
Contacted Allcam through the app.
Problem explained and returned dashcam on the advice of Allcam.
Can easily be followed through retourneren.nl's own app. Sent on Saturday, received on Tuesday, checked on Wednesday, but could not be made. On Thursday a new dashcam was sent to me and on Friday I had the new dashcam.

I had bought the AZDome Full HD rear camera for my AZDome M06 dashcam, but after installation the image remained black. After contacting the customer service it turned out that this rear camera is only suitable for the M06P model. Thanks to the good and fast help of the customer service, I had the right model behind camera the next day. I even got my money back for the other rear camera. Thank you very much for the good service and this webshop is definitely recommended for anyone looking for a dashcam!
After purchasing a dashcam, the device showed some strange symptoms at an uncertain interval. After much worry and thinking it was me, I contacted Allcam about the problems. After always quick mail contact, tried some things and received new firmware, Allcam came up with a fantastic solution to be able to travel on film again! A good support department, definitely recommended!
