After months of use, I still like my headphones but wish it was easier to clean. However, customer service could have been better. First I was told that the model I was looking for is an old one and no longer available. When I insisted, it turned out that it was in stock indeed. Then there was too much sales talk, I knew what I was looking for and just wanted to buy it. He seemingly did not take it well that I just wished to make the payment, after that I did not like his tone of voice.

I highly apologize as I do not speak Dutch. When I visited my aunt in Amsterdam, she arranged a time to visit Bang & Olufsen store in Amsterdam. I was there on 5 May 2017. It is a 2-storey store (basement and street level). The basement has a dedicated home theatre setup and on the street level, all their products were there. This store adpots the new B&O store concept and it was great. The walls turn and it felt roomy and the experience was excellent. At first, I asked about Beosound 9000 as It was my favourite, unfortunately there was no stock. What amazed me what the people in Bang & Olufsen did. Although what I asked was already unavailable, they enthusiastically explained to me various products from the Beoplay P2 until Beolab 90. They explained to me in detail every single B&O product and they answered all my questions regarding the products promptly and clearly. Conclusion a Great store with great employees. The store feels luxurious and the employees are wonderful. The service given, product expertise, and the store, all contribute to an excellent experience. Keep up the standard!
