I have been there since I got my driver's license and am very satisfied not a stupid choice of menus like with large insurers

I have insured my scooter with Guis and partners for 4 years, last week I received a letter from the collection bus stating that I did not pay my premium for you and August. The account number has been changed, not by me to an account number that is unknown to me, as a result of which they could no longer collect. No 1 reminder has been sent. After I have called Guis and partners and expressed my disbelief about what is happening, I still have to pay the collection costs. Too abnormal for words this people. They pass the ball on to the collection agency and so easily earned their money. Common trend with small insurer. Beware !!!!!!
