I love the studio itself. 1 star is to bring the attention of the management that it’s NOT OK not to provide towel service at all when it’s included into the price. Moreover, now when the service is back, they write that you’re only allowed to take 1 towel and to bring an extra one by yourself (obviously, one for the studio, one for the shower). They write it’s “to save the planet”. How do you save the planet if I anyways bring my own towel that obviously I’ll wash as well? Clearly just trying to save money on the clients costs. Such things are unbelievable in a studio where you pay 120 Euro per month.

They claim that a refund for the time that they are closed is not possible, because they are providing online classes instead. I did not sign up for online classes, and legally we are free to reject any additional service they come up with while they are unable to provide the services that were initially agreed upon. In this case, we're entitled to a refund. Finally, they have the audacity to offer me an extension for 3 years in the same e-mail, while also warning that performing a chargeback will only lead to additional costs. This business consists of scammers, be warned.

The gym itself is nice and good trainer but during corona they asked for support. I was happy to provide Support to their business. Now that they are open again it is a continuous trying to charge us. The contract includes towel service that is no longer provided and they cannot wait to sell you the towels. I feel they forgot easily of the support received and squeezed as a customer . You should reduce the price if you don’t provide a towel service. If we forget it one time, allow us to take it and not kick us out unless we buy one. I feel scammed and I don’t feel they care at all about us. Why should we support them then? For a second wave I won’t support for sure

Good gym too near amsterdam zuid, also good trainer anx equipment are new. Bit small but designed very well. Also the juices are healthy from their front store.

Terrible management, they asked for support during lockdown when the gym was 100% closed. Many like me did. Now they provide half of the services charging the same price (120€ a month) and offering 79 to new members who did not support the, during the pandemic. What a terrible behavior, I am disgusted. They are making it impossible to cancel as well (sneaky).I most definitely will not support the, during the virus again. Be careful before signing, they are sneaky and just trying to squeeze you with no respect nor gratitude. Not their fault that some services are not available but if they offer 79 to new member they should have the decency to do the same to existing ones that supported them. The law states that if services are not maintained as per contract customer should receive compensation. They are even avoiding cancellation request.
