Finally someone who clearly communicates the essence and practical application of mindfulness. Whichever part of life you're struggling with, Bart, the man behind Creative Sparks, can relate to it, uncover the root cause, and offer hands-on solutions. If you're still hesitating, don't. Book him for a workshop are you're sure to be overwhelmed. And yes, corporate departments too can benefit from the synergistic lessons Bart teaches. Teaching mindfulness without becoming too woo-woo. That's Creating Sparks.

I have experienced the mindfulness training from ProMindful as very valuable. The different meditation techniques brought me different insights. I really noticed a difference during and after the 8 weeks, how I lived more in the moment and experienced fewer negative thought patterns. Little things in daily life now bring me very conscious happiness. I already had meditation experience before I started the program and the reason for me to participate was to experience a different perspective and have a group of people to share experiences with. Bart is a great trainer. He has a pleasant voice, which helps enormously since we did many guided meditations. He asks the right questions to let you experience what it is like not to judge, to be kind to yourself and to accept the here and now.

I followed an eight-week mindfulness course with Bart (promindful) and I was very impressed. Bart not only does mindfulness exercises with you, but also explains clearly in which ways a stronger mindfulness muscle can be useful in daily life and gives you more insight into the relationship between the body, thoughts and emotions. Not entirely unimportant: Bart is a very friendly man where you quickly feel at ease. I have a lot more peace of mind since the course and I can focus better on tasks that have to be done. Thanks Bart!

Mindfulness training in a small group with attention for the individual. Bart contributes to a stronger meditation muscle that is very useful to me in my daily life.
