after years of good service today really experienced something very bizarre. earlier this week we went in to find a corner sofa because ours is already worn out and the insurance that was taken out has made a shared one available for this. once we had put the sofa together last week and selected the type of fabric, we went back today to order it definitively. once helped and told what we chose of the week, we made the invoice and it turned out that the price was suddenly several hundred euros more expensive than earlier this week. normally you can still get some discount, but once they realized that we were showing a credit voucher from their insurance, there was no talking at all. I think this is a very strange situation. and a few hundred euros more expensive and no room to talk about this because it was once that way. sorry but earlier this week we had witnesses who attended and yet they dare to say that it is not so. again when you enter this shop be wary as their word cannot be trusted. even the fact that they themselves indicate that there are many complaints in terms of insurance, it is still strange that they want to sell me again at the new corner sofa. if the gentlemen of profit read this they can contact us to resolve this.

Delivery of seats took a very long time, but due to Corona I thought ok. 1 chair was stitched serif, so have it returned in July. Still not returning my dining chair. Called themselves and had a response that they contact the supplier. No date or alternative heard. So for months with one less chair .... I hope my chair will be delivered soon, but this is the last time I buy something here.
